Recipient of the Dr. Gary and Lois Polonsky Award

Thank you to Dr. Gary and Lois Polonsky for the honour of receiving the Lois and Gary Polonsky Award. Your leadership and contributions to the Ontario college and university systems and the community are truly inspiring. It is a privilege to be recognized with such a distinguished award named after two individuals who have made a lasting impact on the lives of many students.

After a very warm conversation, I asked Dr. Polonsky "What are some important life lessons you can give me?" To which he replied "(1) Be nice (2) Show Kindness (3) Tell the truth (4) Be innovative (5) Follow your heart! "

I believe every young professional should follow and/or apply these life lessons to be happy and prosperous in their careers.
