Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) Certificate

Obtained the Radiation Safety Officer Certificate from the Radiation Safety Institute of Canada to increase my knowledge and awareness of the use of radioactive materials and understand the regulations set by the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) to keep the workplace, personnel and environment safe from harmful radioactive substances.

First Place for the Outstanding Student Presentation Award at the CNS MCFD 2021 International Conference

After presenting at the Canadian Nuclear Society (CNS) International Conference on Materials Chemistry and Fitness-for-Service Solutions Division for Nuclear Systems (MCFD) 2021, I received the outstanding student presentation award for reducing the pressure tube sag in pressure tubes in a nuclear reactor.
