EHRC Agents of Change 2022 : The Power of Change Conference

It was with great delight to have attended the Agents of Change: Electricity Human Resources Canada's event titled The Power of Change with our lovely team from North American Young Generation in Nuclear, Inc. (Continental).

It featured industry-leading speakers who inspired, informed and introduced new initiatives to strengthen leadership and HR strategies committed to increasing diversity, equity and inclusion – to drive innovation and to successfully achieve hiring and retention goals.

My favourite session was with Dr. Ryan Todd, where he demonstrated innovative, disruptive approaches to inspire new thinking to strengthen leadership that cultivates workforce well-being. Including how to deal with stress effectively.

I was one of the few lucky winners that received Dr. Darrell Bricker's book "Empty Planet The Shock of Global Population Decline," recognized by The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times Book Review.
